Well, yesterday decided it was time to get the diffuser off and fully understand where everything goes. Unfortunately had my camera stolen so had to use a disposable one which was crap but gives you an idea.
I was very impressed by the detail of the kit any pipes near bulkheads etc are all padded. The 2nd coolant system goes in a clock work direction around the car.
This shows the area aft of the rear wheels all well used now! As you can see the charge cooler lives next to the cat and in front of the zaust. The charge cooler has heat reflective material to keep thee heat out.

This shows the charge cooler in a bit more detail, as you can see the pipe work uses the same hole in the bulkhead as the cat but they have made every effort to keep the two away from each other. Its worth noting the pipe work here is for the hot water which has already passed through the charge cooler, so you are if anything warming already hot water!

I have had to make a minor improvement to the number plate after the extra heat has partly melted my number plate. I have now put heat reflective tape on the back will see how that holds out
Took the othe half out for the first time since getting the car back. Her coments were interesting!

Jamie i hate you All i can think about now is doing something similar!Already have the car booked in for suspension work at plans,induction kit in the post,just trying to crunch the numbers for the S/C.Although i might wait and see if anyone in this country will come up with something similar(hopefully to the same standard as your kit)
I know there are a number of companies in the stages of developing a kit. The main worry is the ECU, a lot of companies seem to go the piggyback route but there have been a number of issues with the piggyback units ‘fighting’ the Lotus ECU and tunes set on the piggyback unit being useless as the ECU changes. I think some people are looking to disable the learning parameters on the ECU in the hope of getting a piggyback unit to work with the ECU instead of against.
RBS insurance through work but same policy as churchill or directline got it nicked from a local park. Filled out a police report (you have to go to the station now used to be a phone call) Got a call from the plod saying no CCTV in area so no way to take investigation forward gave me a crime ref number give to insurance co next day get a call from Jessops saying what was it? IIt was a 10D Canon SLR which is now been superseded twice so I get a 30D! All I have to pay is the 100 note excess.
I have been quietly reminded/warned/threatened by the other half that I have to be at her sister’s wedding on the 2nd Really gutted will make it down. later in Sep or maybe one last trackday in October?
