A little update : I have successfully removed both airbags
I can’t recommend the adrenaline/stress though lol
I took a few measurements, here are the results for the weight fanatics among us

I’m already going to the Ring on the 26th of April and on the 1st and 2nd of May. Can’t wait. I’m so fed up with this boring weather now.
another little update:
I had high hopes that the Airbag light would not lit up if I removed the SRS unit, but sighs it’s on! Now I have 2 lights on, the airbag and the MIL (I haven’t installed the MIL eliminator kit from Geary yet)
Guess I’ll have to find a way how to switch it off again… taking out the light bulb comes to mind, or plugging in 2.2 Ohm resistors, or pasting on a sticker lol.
Take out the bulb … less weight !!
