Halfords…stubby spanner set, great & cheap for loads of jobs on our cars!
A GOOD day today!
Off I went to Halfords this am for the stubby spanners… did not have any!!! Found some at ‘Millers’ though!
Put back the newly cut trim, and in went the bar! Managed to get BOTH bolts in first go!!! NO NEED for a stubby after all as my long 17mm socket on a small ratchet worked well through the speaker holes! So will take them back tomorrow… but John’s comments about Stubbies being valuable seems interesting…
(Stubbies are always interesting for an OZZY!)
Got the whole thing bolted up and re-fitted!
Took about an hour to get the pax seat back in… that bloody bolt at the outer rear is a bugger… DONT cross thread it!
Harness attached to the pax side!
Tomorrow is the day to fix the throttle… there is a good one inch of movement in it before you get any movement of teh cable!!! AND… WOT does not fully open the TB either!
Steering Wheel next… then thats me done! 
… Until the suspension changes so I can TRY to keep up with you guys with my missley 156 (on paper!!!) BHP.

Im having same issues with the MSAR Bar:

It arrived last week and im not really sure its going to fit.
Did you get it to fit or did you have to go for another different bar?
I cant understand where the bottom bolt is supposed to fit? The top hole is bolted to the seat belt hook but there is a threaded nut on the bottom hole and I cant see how that goes anywhere?
Any guidance would be appreciated.
I drilled through the bar and bolted it in place.
I can’t really help with fitting the bar but we could drop the BBQ on the other side of the car so they match?
