Good news on the wiggle Frank !
I broke my back 15 years ago , had an unstable burst fracture of L1 vertebra … spent 7 weeks in a spinal unit and a further 6 weeks in a body cast, no major problems now.
Keep cool buddy

Compression fractured my L2 years ago , my back is fine now .
