Throat is a tad sore as I had to, amongst other things, endure a camera stuffed down my gob! It felt like it had a 400mm telephoto lens and a tripod attached too!!! 
I’m shortly due to have the same…well similar, sort of…from a different angle of approach 
I’m viewing it as a quick way to lose a bit of excess weight!
