Get well soon Rob!!
Get well soon buddy glad to hear you are on the mend
Sorry to here the news Mr P glad ok and wish you a speedy recovery
Jeez get well soon Rob.
Good to find out you’ve got a dodgy oil pump before any serious damage is done. You’ll be back firing on all cylinders again soon, albeit you’ll be forced to run a different grade of gravy. It could be worse, an old model like you, you could have been suffering from ECU gremlins or coolant leaks which would have more difficult for us all to deal with
Take it easy buddy…
Only just seen this UncleP, you take it easy. With the weather today Dr Steve suggests wrap up, stroll up to Jenny Brown’s point take in the fresh air and then in to the Wolfhouse for a coffee… in fact I may take the afternoon off
All the best for a speedy recovery. Take it easy.
LOL at Benja
Only just seen this too ! Take it easy my friend and hope you’re back to fighting form soon !
Grief mate !!! Now I know why you packed up at Donington a trifle early.
If Martin and Steve did the modifications you will be even faster when you are fully run in.

Sorry to hear this, hope your up to speed again soon Rob.
Hi folks - very many thanks for the kind words expressed here, by text, & phone calls.
I’m in fine condition, no long term injury or problems are expected.
I’m obeying “orders” in taking it easy for a week or two, & being very well looked after by my sister Jeanne, & her hubby Steve, at their fantastic house in Silverdale - views of fields/woods & the beach from my bedroom window! Phone reception ain’t good, & rather erratic, so apologies for not replying to the many texts that have come in over the last few days.
Will get round to posting again soon, but in the meantime thanks again for your concern.
Glad to hear that you’re on the mend. As said before, you’ll be as good as new in a couple of weeks, and soon be yumming down that gravy again!!!
I have given him STRICT instructions NOT to drink any more bloody cholosterol ridden GRAVY!!!
