Good news - pleased you’ve booked.
Curry - you’re very, very welcome to join us in downtown Horwich! However, realistically, it’s the wrong side of Oulton for you - about 1 hour North of Oulton.
Tyres - if it’s dry, you’ll (probably!) be okay with the 48s. Oulton is not the place to be pushing to the limit. It’s somewhat technical (& unforgiving), & will probably take a few visits before you feel confident that you know it reasonably well. In the wet/damp, certain sections must be treated with respect, so you may prefer to put your new boots on! In any event, I’m sure that you’ll love it, cos it really is a brilliant circuit to drive

Thx for the Curry idea! I am actually up at Manch the day before so will be packing quite a bit of ballast into the car too!
New boots it is then! I need all the help can get… especialy as I gather Oulton is not very forgiving! I will work that in with having the wheels re-done at the same time as I dont really want to take the tyres on and off twice! Going back to the original ‘gloss black’
No rain… hahha! hot sun, so will be concentrating on the ‘technical’ stuff… like trying not to fall off!

The new seats and harnesses are in The splitter isn’t fixed but it’s not that bad anyway.
