Never seen anybody with a Sound Pressure Meter at Silverstone either. However, the full GP circuit is expensive to hire and the only layout worth doing in my opinion. Lotus-on-Track seem to get reasonable rates. Maybe we could collaborate* on one of their days. I’ve been impressed by their organisation to date too.

I’ve been told to change up earlier when at silverstone in my old VVC engined caterham but that was in the evening. The following year when I had a VHPD lump in it I screamed round all day no probs. I live about 4 miles from Silverstone and you can hear certain events but most people I meet in the village aren’t bothered.

i’m going down uldis, and then i’m going even further onwards to france, for a day at croix and a day at abbeville, then home for the sunday night.
You cant beat LOT for value and organisation.and FUN.
I’m amazed “we” have not tied up with their days before .Unquestionably the best run events with sensible control of 'ooligans etc.and no too many “RUDDICaLS”
