New car ordered

Planning on getting back into an Exige anytime soon Gav?

I would love to, realistically at the moment I’m not getting into anything as I’m trying to get myself on a more stable footing financally. With becoming a father last year and the falling prices of n/a evoras I suspect when I can get back into a Lotus it will be that way rather than another exige.
I’m still keeping my eye on things though!

We all know it’s cos you’re fat!

Being a fatty is no barrier to Exigedom. I should know, after all :astonished:

You cheeky git Pesky! But to be fair youre right! I couldnt put a pound one without noticing before. I now temporarily have an old x-type estate barge the only danger there is burning my arse on the heated seats!

Seems to have belonged to a Guy called Gareth from Aberdeen. He post’s on SELOC.

Yes he contacted me on Seloc, he bought it from the guy in Holland who I sold it to! Funnely enough there is a thread on seloc about him getting the AM but the penny didnt drop.

The car still looked good to my eyes but the wheels were a little bit jaded (silver Lotus Sport jobs).

How about a more reserved choice of interior Tim ?

Hmmm, something a tad more conservative for me i think
It will be an Evora S :sunglasses:

I was planning on a colour scheme based around chilli red, but swmbo likes white. So white it is.

I’m waiting for the factory to confirm, but i’m speccing pearl white, with a very subtle tri stripe over the centre of the car. Splitter & sills will be black to match pillar and mirror surrounds.

Tech pack, premium sport leather, and 19/0 inch gloss black alloys. Oh, and manual gearbox.

I’ll be sad to see the grellow exige go though, it has been a fantastic car but doesn’t get much use due to home and work commitments. The Evora will see a lot more action.

I will of couse be sticking around on here
Tim, thought you would wait for the new Elise V6 considerably lighter than the Exige/Evora S (V6) or is the betterhalf wanting 2+2 motor?

Sherman wants to come along for the ride too

Must have missed this - how much lighter will it be?
