Exige S2 with Turbo!

Yep. Found a dealer that is selling Exiges S2 with a turbo Kit from ROTREX and a DASTEK ECU. Claims nearly 250 bhp and full Lotus warranty.

Is UK Garage, in Italy

UK GARAGE Site

Here is the google translation with some corrections

“The UKGARAGE then is in a position to supplying through the UKG-WORKS, specific modifications of order, drainages and kit Turbo ROTREX with ECU DASTEK from 250cv.”

Anyone knows if they are any good?
What about ROTREX and DASTEK?

I speak Italian, and what they sell is a Rotrex Supercharger for the 'yota.

Stage 1 from 190 to 240BHP, installed for 7K Euros (stock internals)
Stage 2 from 190 to 280BHP, installed for 9K Euros (this kit modifies internals though)

The prices are much better than we could get here in the UK, so definitely a good option.

Anyone care to try first?

Perhaps they’ll make those prices only if you buy the car from them…

In switzerland a dealer will sell a conversion for around 7000 euro for 265 hp. It is a well known conversion, road legal and they already converted many vvt-i yotas, so it works.

Yes me! the 280bhp please
I hope this conversion is for real and not just a celica SC that may fit.

Claims…full Lotus warranty.

Really?!

Thoughts - What’s the delivery like? What about the ratios?

Well, you’ll have to drive to Italy and either leave the car there or enjoy some holidays while they do it.

Let us know how it’s going, step by step

UK garage does not this conversion directly…
The conversion will be made by others. U can also see that they sell TurboTechnics conversions, but again they do not fit it themself.

keep an eye on www.kumschick.com in the very next future.
They will organise a track day where u can try the car with the compressor.

cheers,
Nicolas
