Sad to say, but Russia seems to be a second world country when talking about delivery…
You can’t receive goods sent by FedEx of TNT or by other worldwide delivery services.
Depending on where about you are, we used to send stuff to a Russian customer, to a recieving centre in Finland I think. Then he used to jump in his car and collect it.
This was a few years ago, so that may have been stopped now though.
So they Putin storage for him to collect?

You can’t even imagine what Russian roads look like when traveling more than 100 miles from Moscow, and I don�t recommend You to do it… 
So getting from Moscow to Finland is a tricky thing too.

I’ve sent the money for the wheels on the 22/03/12, and the money for the delivery on the 26/04/12.
The last time I’ve got message from PistonBroke was on the 23/05/12. Maybe someone know him? I don�t think he is cheating - maybe just some life troubles, but the thing that there are no messages from him makes me sad…
