to easily reduce HP so they can bring out the 240, 255 then the 260
How though when the charger is actually built into the intake manifold? how can you cool the gasses leaving the charger when they are already in the intake manifold?

Big rad is to cool the water, the small cooler core goes between the charger and inlet manifold. Like I said if you were going to go to all that cost I would change the charger to an MP62 whilst I was at it(not that expensive) Bobs the easter bunny, im off the pub.

No you could do it with the smaller charger and intake manifold. But why would you bother.
