Ecu differences?

Personally, I don’t place any store in rr dyno power figures

Mine was dyno’d out of the car, i.e. on a engine dyno. Engine was re-built by Minster and came with a print out as part of the package.

I’m just sticking up for the original setup - I know its not perfect but it does have real character and I think its worth preserving for as long as I can. Sure one day it will go pop and the size of the repair bill will mean looking long and hard at alternatives, but in the meantime, its good to enjoy it…

and its good to hear from you also

and a Merry Xams to you Pete

I find the current driveability all part of the “experience”, so wouldn’t want to loose that. For me, the 1.2k is better put in my engine replacement fund - but only if it still comes with pops and bangs

Steve

Just out of interest, how many miles have you covered now, & how many have you been doing annually (approx)?

Hope to see you at a trackday in 2009

The inlet pulley will have an additional slot machined in the centre and an extra groove on the circumference.
