Yes, I was a bit surprised too! [image]http://www.exiges.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/shocked.gif[/image] I think I may have put a wheel on the paint. The fishtailing Exige was indeed yellow, with the changing lighting conditions the camera was having a bit of trouble with white balance.

Sound Mpegs Jimbo! Also wanted to say thanks again for your suggested rout A606 down to Stamford past the lakeNice bit u road

Not as professional as Jimbo I’m afraid (Video or Driving) but fwiw here’s my first attempt at an MPEG File.OK OK it might not look as exciting as it felt but what the heck (441K) http://www.mikola.demon.co.uk/exige/oldhairypin.mpg and Mike-Consent-whats-that-then-T (1Mbyte) http://www.mikola.demon.co.uk/exige/consent.mpg very disapointing …Wet followed for 3 Laps huh no sign of a spin - Miracle…

I was in the middle session and therefore not involved in the Exiges traffic jam. Having done four track days so far, this was the first time that I have experienced a dangerous overtake. About to move left to go through the Old Hairpin, that 911 passed me on the left very close. Scared the sh*t out of me. Yes he was faster than me, however, until the next straight (about 15 seconds) I had no opportunity to allow him past safely. As with the similarly powered Exiges, I have suffered in traffic in my elise when a similar car corners very slowly and then boots it down the straights. As a spectator, I did notice that the Exiges were very bunched up on the circuit. Perhaps the warm up lap could be better used to help avoid this.
