Can’t disagree there. Lotus did pedal the ‘fact’ that the S2 was 2 or more seconds quicker round Hethel than the standard S1. Probabably just the marketing boys comparing apples & pears

And the S1 had std brakes! Which must be worth nearly 2secs alone!

An expensive step in the right direction on a bhp/ton front, but a good driver will still pedal a 190 S1 as quick.
