Can anybody tell me what width of vinyl was used on any of these cars?

On mine 170mm plus a 6mm pinstripe which overlapped the grey vinyl (3mm per side) so total stripe width 176mm. Stripes 140mm apart measured 70mm from dead centre down car.

Where did you get them from?

I had a local guy cut them for me. Most signwriters would have a vinyl cutting machine. All you need is two lengths 5m long, this allows some “spare”. The vinyl is usually about 600mm wide so you can get 3 lengths (which is what I did) so I now have 5m extra should the vinyl on the car get damaged. You can buy them online though, just Google and should should find quite a few suppliers.

The vertical logo does look cool the Exige logo Tony where is it from? Actually mate also the Lotus badge is that a bonet badge or wheel centre?

The Exige logo is actually a doctored original but I have WMF/EPS files for vinyl cutting (mail me if you fancy a copy).

The Lotus badge is original to the car, not quite sure what year they went over to L O T U S lettering but personally I prefer the badge with stripes. Only possible option might be to change the bonnet and rear badges and the wheel centres to black and chrome but I think that’s another �100+

Yes, it’s loud…

Bit too loud for prolonged motorway or track use so a CAT will go back on but the ITG doesn’t help much either

Looks great. Love the look. Loking for a new exhaust for mine.

Do the euro spec side grilles come with holes for the tail pipes? Also, do Larini do a quiter exhaust as I need it to be quiet enough for the track.

Slightly off thread sorry but is there any real need for the heat shielding just before the exhaust …I only ask because so far I haven’t bothered (Quicksilver 421 Manifold and Ultra light)…seems ok, I say that without tracking or even a long journey yet but would you recommend it there or anywhere else for that matter?
