difflow diffusers

Just waiting for America to wake up!! That is exactly the question I just asked!! How long is shipping etc.
I will also need to work out costs once I know shipping and unit price, import duties etc etc

If it’s anything to go by FedEx got mine to me in less than 5 days!

Yes FedEx are very very good especially with American deliveries!! I use them…
With ordering a batch of diffusers to get the price to an acceptable level, we will need to use the frieght service so not sure how this works out

Dave, +1 on the aero plates as well - good spot Johnny.
I’ll need an exhaust hole fit for a 2bular twin tip, if it’s an option… I see from their website that Difflow stock 2bular exhausts, so hopefully they’ll have dimensions etc.

Skeptical on the benefits of the infill panels unless running race ride heights. Sub 8 cm and any good done in cleaning up the flow will be lost by still running the exhaust through the diffuser. Worth looking at the Reverie Mira windt tunnel results.

Still might still fab some myself

agree

Lol I’m done with fabricating anything else for my car for a while. I’m familiar with aero fellas but I do like the way they finish off the under-tray especially if matching the diffuser.

interested in the aero plates, I have considered making these as well but sadly am too lazy

Jonny,
If I send you a copy of the Daily Telegragh, will you trace me some templates?

(what copyright?)

It’ll cost ya lol

It’s a fair cop. I couldn’t confidently position that the diffuser is entirely a performance enhancing purchase. Lovin’ the looks and hopeful there’s some downforce benefit. I do wonder at the wisdom of knocking a hole in the middle of the diffuser though.
Just been trying to interpret the reverie Mira wind tunnel results from this doc… http://www.reverie.ltd.uk/Downloads/ReVerie_Wind_Tunnel_Test_Session.pdf
Can anyone cast any light on what the results actually mean?

Finally getting prices togather. Shit the bed, these are not cheap!!
I reckon pricing will be roughly the same as the price in America. so a diffuser at $500 will be circa £ 500-550 + vat here.
Any comments folks??? :problem:

With postage on top?

Trigger what was yours all in?

Diffuser, including shipping and import duty was a little over £500, and they got it to me in under a week. Considering the quality of it and compared to others I have seen in the UK, I’m very happy with mine from difflow.

No
Thats a UK delivered price

So we’re looking at £600-£650 inc VAT. Is that delivered to us or delivered to you?

I have yet to confirm the UK delivery price but the plan is that will be the price delivered to UK customers (subject to exchange rates and import duties) I will double check all the calculations over the next day or two

Hmmm
Seems my numbers dont match yours for some reason?
The Railer jr is $525 and with an exchange rate close to 1.5 that will be ££350.00
I was qouted $460 for shipping to me by Difflow again at 1.5 = £307
Import duties are normally about 3% = £10.5
So my calculations come up with £667 + vat (aprox)
I will 100% certain have to pay UK vat, did you have to pay vat?
Could you break down your costs to see where my are more expensive please???

Makes the Reverie carbon one look cheap. :astonished:
