When it says Bell and Colvill prepared does that mean just the rather hideous paintjob or does it include any power upgrades… does anyone know?

i like the gulf colours to mate but it looks wrong on the exige TBH
the advert says its…the ultimate exige s POA…what else have they done to it?!?
